Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Specialty Finance
Lending.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full range of activities related to Specialty Finance
Lending, including sourcing, structuring, and closing
transactions
Mentor and train junior sales personnel while taking a lead role in
executing process requirements
Develop new market opportunities and maintain relationships to
maximize revenue from existing facilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business or finance; MBA preferred
10+ years of corporate finance, lending, and leasing experience,
with at least 3 years in specialty lending
5+ years of senior-level financial sales experience with a proven
track record
Broad knowledge of lease-related asset-based lending and structured
debt placement
Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
