We are looking for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills to follow through with assignments and internal team members. In addition, a self?starter with a willingness to follow directions and prioritize tasks and work in a department of 3 Accounts Payable Specialists. Job Duties of the Accounts Payable Specialist: Data entry of invoices Resolving vendor issues Posting accrual journal entries Coding invoices as need Oversee central email inboxes for supplier communication Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested Analyze and troubleshoot issues as required Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist: College Education - Associates Degree or above preferred 5 years of Accounts Payable Experience - Required Excellent verbal and written communication Strong Computer Experience, MS Office Suite & Comprehensive Accounting System Experience with some general ledger accounting - Preferred Skills Required for the Accounts Payable Specialist: Strong communication skills Organized, self-starter who enjoys working on a close-knit team Strong Computer experience, Microsoft Office Suite, Experience working with a large ERP, similar to SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite ZRCFS INJUN2025 INJUL2025 INJUN2024
