working from home part-time. What You'll Do Create & Deliver
Invoices - Prepare accurate, timely invoices tailored to client and
practice area requirements. Resolve Billing Issues - Investigate
and reconcile discrepancies to ensure client satisfaction.
Communicate with Clients - Provide clear, professional responses to
billing inquiries. Support Time Tracking - Help attorneys and staff
maintain accurate time entries and meet deadlines. Generate Reports
- Compile billing and aging reports to support financial planning
and cash flow management. What We're Looking For 1 years of
experience in billing, accounting, or administrative support (legal
industry experience a plus). Exceptional attention to detail and
organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication
abilities. A proactive, customer-focused mindset. Comfortable
working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Not Sure You
