Key Responsibilities Navigating the realm of Business Development, forging lasting alliances with key players in private real estate land development. Crafting strategic proposals and financial blueprints that pave the way for innovative projects. Steering client relationships towards a horizon of mutual success, ensuring smooth sailing in billing and satisfaction. Guiding project design teams through the currents of creativity to deliver exceptional results. Sharing your wisdom, mentoring the next wave of talent, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Leading by example, participating in and directing training sessions and management meetings to align our mission with our actions. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 9 years navigating the field with expertise. PE license preferred.
