Job Description:
Our client has expanded into one of the fastest-growing and
largest owner-operated collision repair brands in America. Through
strong backing from private equity sponsors, this company has grown
from 50 locations to over 600 in the past year! They are

their employee's development. They are looking for a Staff
Accountant to join their team. The best part about this opportunity

driven, and the leadership is great. You will work across expense
analysis and reporting, payroll and benefits, ADP integration,
reconciliations, compliance and audit, and much more.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a
related field. 3 years of experience in payroll accounting,
benefits expense analysis, and reconciliations. Proficient in ADP
and experienced in ADP-D365 integration. Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, complex formulas).
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or similar ERP
systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with multi-state
payroll accounting preferred. Previous experience in optimizing
financial systems and processes preferred.
