Responsibilities: Complete all necessary steps in the installation of various types of HVAC equipment (Furnace, AC, Ductless, Air Handlers, etc.) Train, develop, and work effectively with an apprentice. Read and follow HVAC blueprints effectively Measure, make, cut sheet metal to various sizes of duct work Critical thinking skills to make necessary decisions on the job Drive company vehicles to and from job sites Accurately, safely, and efficiently work on construction sites Job Requirements: Clean driving record with valid license Organized Time management skills to meet project deadlines Strong communication skills Able to work efficiently with an apprentice Possess and maintain a valid drivers’ license.
