Graduate Specialist Program – Supply Chain is a full-time
rotational development program designed for high-potential
graduates who aspire to grow into future operational and business
leaders within HydraForce, a Bosch company. Over the duration of
the program, you will complete four strategically designed
rotations that provide broad exposure across supply chain and
logistics functions. This immersive experience builds operational
excellence, analytical capability, and cross-functional business
insight — preparing you for a challenging specialist or project
leadership role within Supply Chain upon successful completion.

Structured Rotations Four personalized rotations, including one at
another Bosch facility within the U.S. Exposure to key supply chain
functions such as: Logistics Planning Procurement Physical
Logistics Logistics Controlling Insight into end-to-end supply
chain processes — from supplier management through production
support and customer delivery Challenging & Impactful Work Engage
in meaningful operational and strategic assignments Contribute to
the development and implementation of digital logistics solutions
Support introduction and optimization of supply chain systems and
tools Take ownership of projects that drive efficiency, cost

specialist or project leadership role Responsibilities During the
Program As a Graduate Specialist – Supply Chain, you will: Support
planning and execution of logistics and procurement activities
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and
improvement opportunities Assist in supplier coordination and
performance tracking Contribute to inventory optimization and
material flow improvements Participate in cross-functional
initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Support
implementation of digital tools and process automation initiatives
Drive continuous improvement projects aligned with cost, quality,
and delivery objectives Demonstrate increasing ownership,
accountability, and leadership within project teams Qualifications
Education Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics (minor in
Data Analytics preferred) Current graduating senior or under 2
years out of college Minimum GPA of 3.5 Master’s degree preferred
Experience Internship or early-career experience within Supply
Chain or Logistics Exposure to manufacturing or industrial
environments preferred Skills & Attributes Strong analytical and
problem-solving capabilities Systems-oriented thinking with
attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges Willingness
to travel domestically and internationally during rotations
Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 5 pounds
without assistance Ability to sit and work at a computer for
extended periods Work Environment This position operates primarily
in a professional office setting. The noise level in the work
environment ranges from quiet to moderate. Additional Information
