Job Description Job Description Job Title: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Location: School-Based | Illinois We’re seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support students with fine motor, sensory, and functional skills in a school setting. This role focuses on evaluations, intervention planning, and collaboration with educational teams to help students access the curriculum and school environment. Responsibilities: Conduct occupational therapy evaluations Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans Provide individual and group therapy services Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Qualifications: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy Active Illinois State OT License (IDFPR) required School-based experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills PandoLogic.
