Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in an
elementary school setting located in Joliet, IL. This contract role
will cover the remaining 2026 school year, beginning January 5th
through May 29th, 2026. The schedule is approximately 2.5 days per
week, supporting elementary students from Pre-K to 5th grade.
Responsibilities include providing speech-language services to a
caseload of 12 students with Individualized Education Programs
(IEPs) and supporting 7 students in Response to Intervention (RTI).
The work will be conducted within an elementary school environment,
focusing on effective communication improvement strategies tailored
to the needs of young learners. Qualifications and requirements:
Valid Illinois State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Professional Educator License (PEL) Endorsement for SLP Masters
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Experience
working with elementary school-aged children preferred Location:
Joliet, IL (Elementary School) This contract opportunity offers a
