Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
opening is available for a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) with a focus on pediatrics and early childhood, serving
students in Elgin, IL. This contract position involves working 37.5
hours per week and includes the potential to support between one
and two schools on an itinerant basis. The role offers
opportunities to provide early childhood and elementary
speech-language services within a dynamic educational setting. Key
responsibilities include: Conducting speech and language
assessments and evaluations for students. Developing and
implementing individualized treatment plans. Collaborating with
educators and families to support student communication goals.
Providing direct therapy services to children in early childhood
and elementary settings. Maintaining documentation and progress
tracking aligned with district and state requirements. Preferred
qualifications and requirements: Illinois Professional Educator
License (PEL) with an SLP endorsement. Illinois Speech-Language
Pathologist license. Fluency in Spanish to support bilingual
student populations. Experience working with pediatric populations
in school environments. Ability to work itinerantly between one and
two schools, adapting to varying schedules. This role offers an
