Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. An opportunity is available for a Special Education
Teacher to provide dedicated support at an elementary school
serving students from kindergarten through third grade. This
contract position offers a full-time schedule (40 hours per week, 5
days per week) starting ASAP through June 5th. Located in Des
Plaines, IL, this role involves working with a caseload of
approximately 20 students, providing tailored educational
instruction and support within a specialized learning environment.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized
Education Programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and
families to promote inclusive learning. Monitor student progress
and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Manage classroom
activities and foster a positive, supportive learning atmosphere.
Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding student
performance and needs. Qualifications: Valid Special Education
license with PEL required. Experience working with K-3 age group
preferred. Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations,
and instructional strategies. Ability to differentiate instruction
and manage a caseload of approximately 20 students. Excellent
