Job Description:

Engineer in Fleet Risk Management, where you will play a pivotal
role in ensuring that our fleet of energy production and
distribution assets operates at optimal safety and efficiency. In
this critical role, you will develop, coordinate, and implement
risk management frameworks and strategies to safeguard our
infrastructure, uphold environmental standards, and guarantee
reliabile energy delivery to our vast range of customers. Develop
and apply risk assessment models specific to energy production and
utility infrastructure. Conduct and oversee rigorous safety audits
and compliance checks according to industry regulations and company
policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify
vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies. Arrange and lead
training sessions for staff on risk management procedures and
crisis response. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for
senior management outlining risk findings and recommendations.
Monitor emerging risks related to the energy industry and update
risk mitigation strategies accordingly. Liaise with external
stakeholders including regulatory bodies, local communities, and
environmental groups to maintain open lines of communication and
address any concerns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of industry-specific regulatory standards
Proficient in using risk assessment tools and software Ability to
manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Strong interpersonal
and communication skills Capability to work collaboratively in a
team environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license is advantageous
