coordinate contractors, commissioning techs, engineers, project
managers, and testers while keeping scope, schedule, cost, and
quality tightly aligned? If you’re energized by high-visibility

Our Site Installation team within Implementation is responsible for
bringing Symbotic automation systems to life in the field—installed
as designed, at high quality, on time, and under budget. You’ll
collaborate closely with the Symbotic PM and commissioning team to
make that happen. Your Core Challenges Own RFIs on site: receive,
triage, escalate, and close them within SLA. Track daily progress
and commissioning readiness using the Golden Prerequisite (GPR)
tool. Translate engineering bulletins into clear scope for
contractors and vendors; manage the bulletin matrix and verify
completion. Kick off the adapter cell project scope and align
stakeholders from day one. Enforce quality standards via checklist
650/630 and secure sign-offs. Validate adapter cell missing
material requests; document details and root causes in the missing
material matrix. Support FCN validation by reviewing requests,
confirming validity, and estimating resources and costs. After
mechanical/electrical installation, jump in with hands-on trade
support to help commissioning run smoothly for each cell. Run
Reliability and Performance checklists to confirm system
functionality through commissioning. What Will Set You Up for
Success Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or related
field. 3 years of trade experience in electrical or automation
installation. Experience leading crews and managing trade
contractors. Background with industrial/robotic automation and ASRS
project environments. Negotiation and relationship skills to
balance competing priorities. Comfort with metrics and data
analysis to drive continuous improvement. Critical technical
thinking to navigate requirements, design choices, and process
hurdles. Willingness to travel up to 80%. Travel & Work Style
Hybrid, travel-centric position; easy access to a major airport is
preferred. Up to 80% travel. Requires a valid driver’s license and
the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer sites.
Primary office: Wilmington, MA. Expect extended time at customer
installation locations when equipment is installed and
commissioning is underway.
