The role requires precision in assembling products according to engineering documents, using both small hand and power tools. Responsibilities Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of small power drives. Use small hand and power tools effectively. Assemble products in accordance with engineering documents. Operate a computer to update the manufacturing status of jobs. Continually monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process. Complete and maintain all required paperwork. Essential Skills Experience with assembly, hand tools, schematics, and blueprints. Proficiency in electrical and mechanical assembly. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1 year of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly. GED or high school diploma. Why Work Here? Work Environment Enjoy a clean facility with no heavy lifting, focusing on small part assembly. Work hours are structured into two shifts: the first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and the second shift from 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
