Job Description Job Description CNC Horizontal Machinist –1st or 2nd shift Love machining and want a shop that values your skills? We are seeking skilled machinists to support our operations in a clean, organized and quality-driven environment. What You'll Do: Set up and run CNC horizontal milling machines Perform contour milling, drilling, boring, and tapping Read blueprints and hold tight tolerances Inspect your own work – quality matters here Keep machines running smoothly and efficiently What We're Looking for: 7 years of CNC vertical mill setup and operation Must be able to do multiple set-ups daily Solid blueprint reading skills Understanding of G & M codes Experience working with various materials such as steel, aluminum, cast iron and alloys Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to physically lift/push/pull objects up to 40 lbs. Standard measuring tools required Why WALCO?
