$23.10–$35.00 per hour (DOE), full-time hourly Why this role
matters Precision manufacturing relies on dependable CNC assets.
You’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and
installing CNC and manual equipment, ensuring uptime, safety, and
product quality across our facility. Impact areas Safety
leadership: model safe behaviors, report hazards, and follow
company protocols including LOTO. Technical troubleshooting:
electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Equipment
projects: lead installs, removals, and relocations. Documentation:
read/create wiring diagrams and schematics; maintain PM and repair
records. Continuous improvement: maintain clean work areas and
support reliability initiatives. Other duties as assigned with high
standards of workmanship. Qualifications 3 years in a manufacturing
maintenance role spanning mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and
hydraulic equipment. 3 years maintaining CNC and manual machines;
HS diploma, GED, or trade school preferred. 2 years troubleshooting
hydraulic/pneumatic circuits and building systems (heating,
cooling, general). 2 years reading mechanical prints, blueprints,
electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams. Proficient with
micrometers, gages, meters, calipers, and other precision
instruments. Core competencies Mechanical aptitude with strong
technical skills; committed to safety and continuous improvement.
Independent contributor who collaborates well in teams. Effective
communicator; fluent in spoken and written English. Analytical
problem-solver in technical, fast-moving environments. Preference
HS Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Work environment Onsite
industrial setting; exposure to noise, temperature swings, fumes,
and chemicals. Lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to kneel, bend, climb
ladders, work in tight spaces; stand/walk for long periods.
Comfortable working at height (e.g., scissor lift). Union

Starting pay ranges from $23.10 to $35.00 per hour. Final offers
reflect skills, experience, training, certifications, and
organizational needs; location-based differentials may apply. It is
uncommon to start at the top of the range, and individual
