Thursday, April 11, 2024 What We Need Corpay- is currently
looking to hire a Vice President, Supplier Services within our
Lodging division. The individual will be responsible for leading
Corpay's four key Lodging groups (CLC, TA Connections, ALE and
Roomex) to drive supplier partnerships and revenues. In addition,
the role will be charged with setting the strategy and execution in
relation to leveraging the Corpay Lodging total demand across all
business units. Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the
role will include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lodging
suppliers, including hotels, resorts, and other accommodation
providers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with
suppliers to ensure optimal value and service for our clients.
- Regularly evaluate supplier performance and address any issues
or concerns promptly.
- Identify incremental revenue opportunities within each business
unit
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive dynamics, and
emerging opportunities in the lodging industry.
- Develop strategic initiatives to expand our lodging supplier
network and enhance our competitive position in the market.
- Demonstrating ability to develop, report, interpret and act on
key metrics.
- Set objectives and targets across each division to achieve each
LOBs coverage and rate goals.
- Developing a working knowledge of all operational processes
that directly and indirectly affect the network and rate
structures.
- Overseeing the unique negotiation process for each
division
- Ensuring that each lodging provider is trained to support the
variety of check in and billing methods across each lob.
- Partnering and consulting with client account management and
sales as needed on process changes, client relationship issues, or
any other topic as it relates to their lodging needs
- Demonstrating ability to teach others, work in a team
environment and deliver superior service.
- Providing adhoc research and analysis Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality
management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of Supplier Services experience preferable in the
travel and lodging sector
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successfully
negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the
capacity to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and
execute successful business strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data and
make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
- Lead a team of supplier services professionals, providing
guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success.

improvement within the supplier services team.
