You may specialize in either the functional/process side or the technical development/architecture of Oracle. • Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine features, acceptance criteria, and solutions.
• Lead and deliver requirements using Oracle Utilities products like Meter Data Management (MDM) and Customer to Meter (C2M).
• Understand Oracle MDM data models and core functions, including Device Maintenance, Meter Read uploads, and VEE rules.
• Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Lead, coach, and manage project teams, overseeing performance.
• Manage tasks, prioritize, and coordinate across teams.
• Build trust with clients, colleagues, and managers to ensure project success.
• Develop skills to support business development and sales efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle features to provide optimal solutions.
• Coordinate with Technical Designers to align technical solutions with the overall approach.
• Assist clients in understanding and transforming their business processes with Oracle.
• Travel may be required, varying from 0 to 100% based on business needs.Locations: Multiple - Senior Level - Full time
