Per diem, day shift. Minimum requirement of one (1) weekend per
month and one (1) holiday shift with the associated weekend per
year. Hours may vary based on operational needs of department.

We are seeking a -Physical Therapist -with acute care experience
to:

Education:
Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Work Experience:
Preferred -Two (2) years prior relevant experience.

Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of
Wisconsin is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) within three months
of hire.
