Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline:RN - Start Date:07/21/2025 - Duration:13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift:12 hours, days - Employment Type:Local Contract Duties & Responsibilities: ? Provide high-quality care to adult patients in a step-down/PCU setting ? Monitor telemetry and manage cardiac conditions (MI, CHF, arrhythmias, etc.) ? Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans ? Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes ? Respond quickly to changes in patient conditions ? Document accurately and maintain patient records ? Participate in unit-based performance improvement activities Requirements: ? Active RN license – Wisconsin or Compact (NLC) ? BSN or Nursing Diploma from an accredited school ?? BLS (AHA) – Required ?? ACLS (AHA) – Required ?
