Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified CVICU RN in Madison, Wisconsin, 53792! Pay Information
$2,588 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiothoracic Surgery CVICU
Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day/Night Rotation Hours per Shift: 12
Hours Experience: CVICU experience required. Experience and
knowledge of NextStage CVVH machine required. Experience in a
Cardiothoracic Surgery and/or Acuity Adaptable area preferred.
Inpatient RN travelers must have completed two years of acute care
experience within the last three years in the specialty they are
submitting to. License: Nursing license required. Must possess a
compact license from permanent address state. Certifications: BLS
and ACLS certifications must be through the American Heart
Association only. Must-Have: Basic Arrhythmia experience required.
Traveler will be required to pass a telemetry test prior to being
cleared to start. Description: Join the Cardiothoracic Surgery and
Transplant team to provide high-quality care to patients on this
acuity adaptable unit. Ensure care is delivered with a mixture of
technological expertise and a positive commitment to meeting
patient and family needs. Be an integral part of a team that
provides care for patients requiring specialized care for cardiac
and thoracic surgeries and procedures, heart and/or lung
transplants, and various medical devices. Travelers may have shifts
scheduled in multiple units, depending on current staffing needs.
During the traveler’s assignment, if the primary unit no longer has
a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to
complete the contract. Travelers should be aware that weekend
rotations and some holidays will be required. Travelers will orient
according to department-specific orientation schedules. Compliance
with all testing and strict passing criteria is required before
starting the position. Further details will be provided to
