Hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Position will begin as on-site, but may become hybrid in the future once established. You will work at the Junction Rd Medical Center in Madison, WI. Be part of something remarkable Play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to: - Collaborate with other medical professionals in a fast-paced environment. - Provide brief evidence-based interventions for the perinatal population. - Provide short, but intense follow-up. - Connect patients to resources. - Use outcome-based models to track patient improvement.
