clinical and administrative operations Ensure delivery of
high-quality, person-centered care for residents Assist with
planning, organizing, evaluating, and managing nursing services
Maintain compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and
care standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve
resident outcomes Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and
compassionate care What You'll Need: Active RN license in the state
of Wisconsin required Current CPR certification required Minimum 2
years of nursing leadership experience in senior living Strong
clinical judgment and organizational skills Ability to read, write,
and communicate effectively in English Commitment to
