Job Description Job Description Visiting Angels is Seeking a Compassionate Home Caregiver to Join Our Growing Team! Design the schedule that works for you - all shifts available with an immediate start Position Benefits: Paid Training, along with competitive wages and direct deposit Convenient and flexible shifts - All Shifts Available Overtime holiday pay, new employee referral bonus, and mileage reimbursement Limit your exposure to the public by working in a one-on-one care environment Regular salary increases, focused on performance and attendance goals Position Responsibilities: Provide non medical support to senior clients in their homes Supply personal care and hygiene assistance; including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide friendly companionship and socialization Help the client with mobility related challenges, such as help with walking and/or transfers Issue medication reminders, where required Transport clients to doctor's appointments and errands Perform meal preparation, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping duties Position Requirements: Valid Driver’s License, lease/own your own vehicle, and provide proof of current auto insurance Perform all personal care and hygiene assistance functions as described above Submit to state/national criminal background check, state fingerprinting, and drug screening Able to transfer patients and provide needed mobility assistance, including turning immobile patients who are bed-ridden 1 year senior care giving experience is preferred About Visiting Angels Choosing a care solution is never easy.
