MLT float positions you may be eligible for a 10, 0000 sign on bonus (prorated based on FTE). Pay: - MLT positions may be eligible for a $10,000.00 sign-on bonus based on shift and FTE. We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – to: - Perform moderately complex diagnostic tests and limited high complexity testing. - Perform preventative maintenance on select lab equipment or instruments. - Perform troubleshooting on select laboratory equipment or instruments as a scientist. - Promote culture of safety for patients through proper identification, proper reporting, documentation and prevention of medical errors in a non-punitive environment.
