• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Medicine physician experience required
• Board certification required
• Active Wisconsin medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current ATLS certification required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency care environment
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients presenting to the emergency department
• Manage a broad range of acute, urgent, and emergent medical conditions in an ED/Urgent Care setting
• Collaborate with hospital-based specialists and support teams to coordinate timely patient care
• Utilize tele-stroke and tele-ICU resources to support complex clinical decision-making
• Stabilize and manage emergency cases in accordance with established protocols and best practices
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the medical record
• Deliver high-quality care during night shift coverage while maintaining strong communication with the interdisciplinary team
