Position: Retail Sales Associate - Madison, WI 53715

• Base Pay: $14/hour
• Annual Income Potential: 55-70k annually!
• Schedule: Flexible - must be available during store hours:
  • Monday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Holidays: Availability required
  • Location: Madison, Wisconsin 53175 Job Summary:
    
    As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right products and services while delivering an excellent shopping experience. This role is ideal for someone who is sales-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, and excels at building relationships with customers.
    Key Responsibilities:
    
    • Provide personalized customer service throughout the sales process
    • Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions
    • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
    • Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
    • Support basic store operations, including merchandising and inventory tasks
    • Travel to nearby store locations as needed Requirements:
      
      
      • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
      • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
      • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
