Because we are a leader in the direct mail space, investing in technology and resources to facilitate innovative ideas, and we’re looking to add a Lettershop Warehouse Supervisor to our 2nd shift team. Summary Monitor, schedule, train and supervise employees within the warehouse and manufacturing areas. Supports and implements duties and responsibilities to staff as designated by the Warehouse Manager. Must be flexible to work in multiple environments of the warehouse and support all departments of the Company. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Supports the Distribution manager with managing and accessing all work being performed, ensuring that productivity, salary cost and processing time objectives are met. Required to organize and monitor the receiving, storage and distribution of all items received either from supplies or vendors. Ensures that proper maintenance of all equipment and the physical upkeep of the warehouse are carried out by all employees. Schedule, train, supervise and evaluate distribution personnel in accordance with company’s objectives. Works closely with Pressroom, Laser and letter shop managers and supervisors. Responsible to supervise, train and coordinate activities of stock men and material handles working in designated areas of manufacturing. Assures the implementation of Company training programs in assigned areas. Required to maintain accurate warehouse inventories. Required to maintain safe working environment at all times. Required to perform safety flash meetings. Required to perform other tasks not related activities and tasks when asked to by management. Qualifications Ability to communicate correctly and concisely both verbally and written. Ability to mentor, coach, train, and to inspire team members to the next level. Detailed oriented and able to handle multiple tasks. Good presentation skills. Strong sense of prioritizing. Basic Math skills Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Expertise in supervising direct reports in fast paced environments (warehouse or manufacturing environment a plus). Bilingual in Spanish Basic math skills.
