Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Patient Care Coordinator,
National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a positive experience throughout the denial process while
providing excellent customer service
Facilitate communication between hospital facilities, clinical
teams, payers, and billing
Support the denial process to ensure timely processing and accurate
documentation of denials
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
2+ years of experience in an Acute Care Facility or Centralized
Business Office related to revenue cycle activities
Beginner level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Outlook)
Beginner level proficiency with medical terminology and data
entry
Comfortable using the internet for facility and payer research
