Job Summary:
Join the Artificial Intelligence Research & Development team at Cat Digital to perform analytical tasks on large data sets, supporting data-driven decisions and innovations.
What You Will Do:

• Lead data collection, mining, processing, and model creation for large volumes of data.
  
• Implement semantic data capabilities using NLP, text analysis, and machine learning.
  
• Define analysis requirements, present insights, and report findings using data visualization tools.
  
• Research data model optimization and algorithms to enhance analysis accuracy and effectiveness.
  
• Design prototypes and proof-of-concepts, including genAI solutions, to evaluate feasibility and secure approval.

• Strong knowledge of business statistics, data analysis, and decision-making tools.
  
• High accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  
• Analytical thinking skills to identify root causes and develop solutions.

  Considerations for Top Candidates:

  • Typically, a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
    
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ with a Master's, or 2+ with a PhD.
    
  • Experience with advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
    
  • Experience in designing and developing solutions for heavy equipment industries.
    
  • Strong problem-solving, continuous learning, and leadership skills.
    
  • Extensive experience with Python and cloud computing platforms like Azure, Snowflake, or AWS.
    
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Summary Pay Range:
    $110,520.00 - $179,640.00
    Compensation varies based on multiple factors including experience, skills, and location.
