About the opportunity
Teads is seeking a results-driven, highly technical, and analytical Technical Operations Team Lead to join our Supply Operations team in New Delhi.
The Supply Technical Operations Team Lead will be responsible for local leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and integrating both programmatic and traditional supply. This role requires close collaboration with business and operational teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate must excel in building strong internal relationships with global teams and managing tasks autonomously.
What will you do?

• Lead and manage a team: mentor team members, drive performance, support personal development, conduct regular meetings and reviews, and participate in hiring processes.
  
• Collaborate across departments: oversee support functions, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and manage escalations as needed.
  
• Provide technical expertise and best practices to ensure successful implementation of programmatic and traditional supply.
  
• Assist in troubleshooting by providing technical support to Account Managers and clients.
  
• Resolve support tickets efficiently and troubleshoot product issues prior to escalation.
  
  What will you bring to the team?
  
  • 
    
  • Leadership experience: At least 2 years of managing teams of 5 or more members.
    
  • Customer-focused approach: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience working with Asia-Pacific clients.
    
  • Technical background: Experience with successful tech products and understanding of integrations such as RestAPI, HTTP, JSON, OpenRTB protocols, and PostMan.
    
  • Analytical skills: Ability to think quickly and proficient in SQL.
    
  • Communication skills: Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively and resolve issues effectively.

    • Bachelor's degree in industrial and management engineering or a similar discipline.
      
    • Experience with Hive, Vertica, MySQL, BigQuery, Redshift, and data analysis for business insights.
      
    • Familiarity with scripting in Python, API work, testing, and tools like n8n.
      
    • Understanding of information systems and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Druid.
      
    • Ability to manage multiple projects as a Project Owner while maintaining routine tasks.
