Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Organizational Change
Analyst/Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data analysis and stakeholder relationship management to align
change initiatives with strategic goals
Develop and implement OCM plans, including stakeholder management
tools and training programs
Track progress and report on key performance indicators to measure
the success of change initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in organizational
change management or related fields
Understanding of OCM theories and models such as Prosci and
Kotter's 8-Step Model
Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback to
refine OCM strategies
Eligible for or possesses active/interim Secret Clearance
Knowledge of stakeholder needs and organizational dynamics
