Top Design Consultants earn $250,000–$350,000 annually through our uncapped bonus and commission structure. What Our Basement Design Consultants Do • Measure and design a fully custom basement layout. • Offer curated material selections aligned with the homeowner’s vision and budget. • Build and present a detailed, transparent proposal during the appointment. • Earn the customer’s business by being the best fit for their project—not through high-pressure tactics. This is not a “churn and burn” sales environment. This role does not require prospecting or cold outreach. All Design Consultants receive pre-set, high-intent appointments from homeowners who have already selected Matrix as their preferred partner. Our top performers earn owner-level income through exceptional professionalism and accountability.
