Job Description Job Description Position: Remote Senior Tax Accountant (High-Net-Worth Individual Focus) Location: 100% Remote Compensation: $105,000 – $115,000 per year (based on experience) PTO: 4 weeks paid time off Billable Hours: None About the Firm We’re a forward-thinking, expanding accounting and wealth management firm looking for a skilled Senior Tax Accountant to join our remote team. Unlike traditional public accounting, we offer a balanced workload, no billable hours, and an environment that values growth, collaboration, and flexibility. Your Responsibilities Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals (especially HNWIs), partnerships, corporations, and trusts. Manage and nurture client relationships by providing proactive tax insights and solutions. Conduct in-depth tax research and resolve intricate tax matters. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely filings. Assist in strategic tax planning and advisory projects. Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional development. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 3 years of tax experience in public accounting. CPA license or active progress toward CPA certification preferred. Strong command of federal and state tax regulations. Exceptional communication, analytical, and time-management skills. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. What We Offer Compensation: $95,000–$115,000 annually, depending on experience. Time Off: 4 weeks of paid PTO per year.
